Chasity Blalock, MSN, RN, C-FNP is a board certified nurse practitioner and has 6 years experience in primary and urgent care. Christine Kowal, MSN, BSN, C-FNP is a certified nurse practitioner with a wide variety of experience caring for primary care patients, both acute and chronic disease states as well as showing excellence in nursing home care. She joins the AnyCare 24 team this year and delivers that personal touch that you hope to get from your provider when you're sick.
Chris Russell, PA-C
Chris Russell, PA-C is a physician-assistant who completed 6 years in the Marine Corps and then went on to get his Masters of Science at Bethel University completing this in May 2014. He comes to us with emergency room experience working in Cookeville as well but enjoys his down time with his family.
Jeremy Seaborn, FNP
Jeremy Seaborn--Jeremy was born and raised in Lebanon and graduated from Mt Juliet High School. He attended MTSU and Vanderbilt School of Nursing. He has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 10 years and has extended experience. He lives in Lebanon with his wife and can't imagine living anywhere else. Jeremy is a board certified Family nurse Practitioner in practice at FMA and AnyCare24.
Daisy Walker, PA-C
Daisy Walker, PA-C studied Health Science at Clemson University and went on to pursue a Masters in Medical Science at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. Daisy is NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. Daisy is known for the compassionate care she gives her patients when they need it most.
Laura Stanley, MMSc, PA-C
Laura Stanley, MMSc, PA-C graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2009 with her bachelor's degree before attending Mercer University's Physician Assistant program in Atlanta, GA. She graduated from Mercer with her Masters in Medical Science in 2013. She joined the AnyCare 24 team in 2013 at the time of their opening. In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
Dr. Bill Robertson
Dr. Bill Robertson graduated from David Lipscomb University with a degree in Biology and went on to obtain his MD from the UT, Memphis College of Medicine. He completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. A native of Lebanon, "Dr. Bill" is the son of Dr. George Robertson. He joined his father in practice with FMA in 2001. He resides in Lebanon with his wife, Michelle, also a Lebanon native, and their 4 children, Rebecca, William, James, and Noah.
Debbie Hendrickson, RN
Debbie Hendrickson, RN Debbie grew up in Louisville, Ky. She moved to Lebanon after graduating from Western Ky University. She is a registered nurse and has worked for over 35yrs in various roles. Debbie currently resides in Lebanon , Tn. Debbie Hendrickson, RN is in practice at AnyCare24.
